• Coordinated with production designers and other departments/franchise vendors.

• Coordinated the props for performance capture pick-ups.

• Maintained and operated the plotter.

• Designed and maintained the asset database for all Pandora creatures.

• Collected and printed materials for presentations and meetings.

• Took notes for interdepartmental design meetings.

• Helped organize, update, and run onsite vendor gallery.

• Developed a deep understanding of the VFX pipeline, both front and back end.
